Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 14 days, starting from the day immediately following the day you received it.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility and can be done with any shipping company you wish. The address to which returns will be sent is:

To be eligible for return, a product must not show signs of wear. If the product shows visible signs of wear, it will be sent back and the purchase price will not be refunded. It must be returned with all labels intact and attached to the product. The dust bags will also have to be returned (if the product came with such a thing)

Products sold at a discount cannot be returned!

If a different product or size than the one ordered was delivered by mistake, the return cost and the next delivery will be borne by us

Repeated returns policy

We offer a very flexible returns or exchanges policy, precisely for this reason, in the event that a customer has had multiple unjustified returns (for reasons that cannot be attributed to us) we reserve the right to refuse further sales to that customer.

Refunds

Once the product has been returned to us and is eligible for a refund, within a maximum of 7 business days the amount paid (the product but WITHOUT the delivery fee) will be returned to the same account from which the payment was made. If the payment was made by cash on delivery, you will need to give us an account number where the amount can be refunded.

*DELIVERY COSTS WILL NEVER BE REFUNDED (the 25 Ron for domestic deliveries or 200 Ron for international deliveries)

*CUSTOMS TAXES (for deliveries to countries outside the European Community) will also not be our responsibility and will not be refunded

Due to new customs regulations, we want you to know that the customs duties that you will have to pay upon entry of the product into United States of America have reached 40% of the total value of the shipment and will have to be paid additionally.
