Yes, because an invoice along with other documents will be issued, so as you can see the history of orders and of documents issued following your order and last but not least, in case of a subsequent order you will not have to fill in all identifiers needed for a new order, but you can erase all your personal information any time by accessing “My account”

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point we will share it with a third party.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you do not remember the password you have chosen, fill in the box from “My account” the email address then simply click on the word “I forgot my password”

You will receive the email address indicated (this should coincide with the one mentioned on the date when you created the account) and you will have the opportunity to choose a new password.

CAN I SEND AN ITEM AS A GIFT?

You can write us in the ”Observation” field when placing your order about this, and you will receive the invoice via e-Mail and not inside the box in this case.

HOW LONG DOES THE PRODUCTION PROCESS LAST? HOW ABOUT THE DELIVERY?

Generally, all items on our site are on stock. If not, we will need  between 3 – 10 working days to produce it. The package will be brought to your door.
